Freenet6 service is expading

Two new Gateway6 systems are being rolled out and the Freenet6 federation will now have sites in Montreal, Amsterdam and Jakarta.
As part of the addition of the new sites the default setting will be automatic redirection to the closest working Gateway6. This only works with the new Gateway6 Client. The server to use is:
anonymous.freenet6.net for anonymous access and
authenticated.freenet6.net for registered users.
If you want to be guaranteed to keep a static address assignment you will have to connect to a specific Gateway6, the choice today is montreal.freenet6.net and amsterdam.freenet6.net
